NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of accident motor vehicle reg. No. KAL 399V, pick-up and KBD 213K, Nissan Sunny and M/s Auto Garage and Star Craft Auctocare respectively to collect the said motor vehicles from the premises of Promise Auto Solutions situated along Busara Road, off Enterprise Road, P.O. Box 28262–00100, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and handling charges of KSh. 50,750.00 and 31,250.00 accrued from 28th October, 2010, and 22nd December, 2010, respectively and further storage charges accruing at the rate of KSh. 250.00 per day together with costs of publishing this notice, failure to which the said salvage vehicles will be sold either by public aution or private treaty without further reference.
