APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 85 of the Criminal Procedure Code as read with section 31 (5) of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution of Kenya (Transitional and Consequential Provisions), and pursuant to section 260 of the Local Government Act (Cap. 265), the Attorney-General appoints— BERNARD KIPNGETICH KIPTOO to be a public prosecutor for the purposes of all cases arising under the Local Government Act, or under any by-law made by the Municipal Council of Eldoret, whether under the Act or otherwise.
