WHEREAS Eunice Andenyi Oyungu, of P.O. Box 42769, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered Proprietor lessee of that Flat No. 2 Ground Floor ―B‖ erected on land known as L.R. No. 209/10611/171, situate within Nairobi Area, by virtue of lease registered as I.R. 84751/1, and whereas a charge has been registered in favour of Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
