THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Molo Area Council, a body corporate duly established under Legal Notice No. 454 of 1963, of P. O. Box 138-20100, Nakuru, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land known as L. R. No. 519/100, situate in Njoro Township in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 19727/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
