WHEREAS John Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 26, Kipkelion, of P.O. Box 402, Kericho, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.2600, 0.2900, 1.810 and 2.770 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, registered under title Nos. Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4(Mutaragon)/36, Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4 (Mutaragon)/37 Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4 (Mutaragon)/411 and Kericho/Kipchorian/Lelu Block 4 (Mutaragon)/452, respectively, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
