NOTICE is given pursuant to section 283 of the Companies Act, that a General Meeting of the members of the company will be held at Kiganjo House, 3rd Floor, Rose Avenue, off Dennis Prit Road, Nairobi, the twenty-seventh day of July, 2011, at 11 o‘clock in the fore noon precisely, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the liquidators report, showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its propertry disposed of and the hearing of any explanation that may be given by the liquidators. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not be a member. Dated the 15th June, 2011.
