NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th May 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 674, in Volume DI, Folio 114/2046, File No. MMXI, by our client, Billy Kimani Mwangi, the guardian of Francis Mwamuli, of P.O. Box, 26485–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Mwangi Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Mwangi Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Mwamuli, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Mwamuli only.
