REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Ndisi, of P.O. Box 42244, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as MN/VI/2473, within Mombasa in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 13977/1, containing 0.611 acre or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
