IT IS notified for the information of the general public that the arms set out in the Schedule, received pursuant to section 6 (2) of the Act, have been registered with the Registrar of the College of Arms in accordance with the provisions of that section. SCHEDULE COUNT DON SILVERIO SIGNORACCI ARMS: Parted per fess indented argent and azure, in chief three crucifixion nails in fess, their points downwards sable. Above the shield is placed issuant from a count‘s coronet an helmet befitting his degree with a mantling azure doubled argent, and on a wreath of the liveries is set for crest, issuant from a count‘s coronet, an angel in prayer, set in profile, proper. Supporter: Two lions Or, lampassed and armed gules. Under the shield is set an escrol over the same this motto: ―IN DOMINO CONFIDO‖ MICHAEL JOSEPH O‘ SHEA Quarterly 1&3: Per bend indented Or (gold) and azure (Blue) two fleurs-de-is ensigned with an ancient crown counterchanged (O‘Shea of Clonaspoe, Co. Tipperary Ireland) 2 & 4: gules (red), two bars argent (Silver), in Chief three wolves‘ heads erased argent (silver) (Knight of Rhode Island). Upon a wreath azure (blue) and Or (gold) is set for crest an antique harp Or (gold) stringed sable (black), and in an escrol below the shield this Motto: ―Quaerite Veritatem‖, which translated from the Latin is ―Seek Ye the Truth‖.
