THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited, of P.O. Box 30088, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land known as No. MN/II/2360, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 17827 of 0.0176 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
