REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenland Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 119, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land known as L. R. No. 1068, Mambrui within Malindi in Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 29064/1 of 13.44 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
