WHEREAS Frontier Haulage Limited., of P. O. Box 20621– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.0457, 0.0477, 0.0477, 0.0549, 0.0467, 0.0477, 0.0477, 0.0549 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title Nos. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/29575, 29576, 29577, 29578, 29579, 29580, 29581 and 29582, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
