REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chege Ng‘ang‘a (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc. 1/Mukarara/T. 4, containing 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Thika, in succession cause No. 75 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration to Rose Nyakeru Ngugi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Ng‘ang‘a (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue a land title deed to Rose Nyakeru Ngugi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Ng‘ang‘a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
