GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7740

WHEREAS Joyce Jerotich Kiplagat, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kiplombe/Kiplombe Block 10 (Growel)/389, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas land registrar, in letter Ref. UG/650/328 has issued summons under section 8 (b) of RLA Cap. 300 Laws of Kenya to the said Joyce Jerotich Kiplagat, to appear before him and produce the land title deed in respect to the said land issued to her, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to cancel the registration and reinstate the names of (1) Isaac Cheboi (2) Moses K. Yator and (3) Charles Maiyo, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joyce Jerotich Kiplagat, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
