REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munga K ubo Munga (ID/2121542), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/849, situate in the district of Malindi, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at MISC APPLI. 18 OF 2009, vested that the said piece of land, which title deed of the said land is in custody of Munga Kubo Munga, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument, under section 33(1) of the Registered Land Act Cap. 300, to issue a new title deed to William Mathias Kubo Munga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Munga Kubo Munga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
