WHEREAS (1) Girish Vaghji Shah and (2) Vipul Thakarsi Patel, both of P.O. Box 1176–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.3596 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 8/48, and whereas the land register of the suit parcel is missing from the registry, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
