GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8070

WHEREAS Gichunji Gatiba (deceased), is the registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kabete/Nyathuna/T. 185 and 663, containing 0.24 and 1.3 acres or thereabout, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the chief magistrates court at Thika, in succession cause No. 59 of 2010, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Alice Wanjiru Mwaura, (2) Esther Waithira and (3) Joyce Njeri Ndungu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichunji Gatiba (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19, and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Alice Wanjiru Mwaura, (2) Esther Waithira and (3) Joyce Njeri Ndungu, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Gichunji Gatiba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
