REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ndekei Kariuki (ID/188008), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 4/1422, containing 1.983 hectares or thereabout, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Naivasha, in MISC. CIVIL APPL. No. 37 of 2010, has issued a court order dated 26th November, 2010, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to Kamuyu Primary School, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Ndekei Kariuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
