TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 237 OF 2010 By (1) Consolata Achieng and (2) Joyce Awuor, both of P.O. Box 3665–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Gumbo & Associates Advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Bonyo Ojulu, late of Mwanzo Estate, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2009. CAUSE NO. 88 OF 2011 By Thomas Sechero, of P.O. Box 45, Kipkarren in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shikhuyu Lisamula, late Kakamega, who died at Mautuma Sub-location, on 6th November, 1992.
