NOTICE is given that African Alliance Kenya Management Company Limited, of 4th Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Upper Hill, Off Ragati Road, Nairobi, Kenya and African Alliance Kenya Securities Limited of 1st Floor, Transnational Plaza, Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi, Kenya (the transferors) have, as of 31st December, 2010, sold their assets and liabilities to African Alliance Kenya Investment Bank Limited, of 4th Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Upper Hill, off Ragati Road, Nairobi, Kenya, (the transferee) will continue to carry out the businesses of fund management and stock broking respectively of transferors at 4th Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Upper Hill, off Ragati Road, Nairobi, and 1st Floor Transnational Plaza, Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi, respectively, which premises have become branches of the transferee.
