NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the undermentioned motor vehicles, chassis and engines— KAK 600V Toyota truno, KVG 561 Datsun 160J, KAM 617G Volkswagon Golf, KAV 133R BMW, KNW 595 Jaguar, KAV 062A Toyota Prado, Nissan Prairie chassis No. PNN11–003213 and engine No. 696248A, Volkswagon charan chassis No, WVWZZZ 7MZXVO16581 and engine No. AJH005948, which are lyiing at the premises of Sheikh Motors Limited, Langata Road, after Nairobi Academy, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the outstanding storage charges and any other incidental as the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle, engine and chassis are not collected at the expiry of the notice mentioned above the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty by Whitestone Auctioneers Limited, Chepkorio Road, off Lusaka Road, P.O.
