NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 5901, in Volume DI, Folio 260/3959, File No. MMX, by our client, Festus Kipkoech Kirui, formerly known as Festus Kipyegon Kirui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Festus Kipyegon Kirui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Festus Kipkoech Kirui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Festus Kipkoech Kirui only.
