NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 827, in Volume D I, Folio 117/2084, File No. MMX, by our client, Joane Wangari Njenga, of P.O. Box 2443–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rebecca Wangari Njoroge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rebecca Wangari Njoroge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joane Wangari Njenga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joane Wangari Njenga only.
