WHEREAS Mohamed Abdi Guhad, of P.O. Box 30081, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of that piece of land, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 37/73, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green and white cards opened thereof have been lost and/or damaged or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the white and green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
