REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Munyua Githinji Gathimba and (2) Maria Gathoni Waigwa, both of P.O. Box 98, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as parcel No.Iria- ini/Kairia/1253, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri, in civil suit of No. 641 of 2009,has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Mary Gathoni Waigwa, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a land title deed to the said Mary Gathoni Waigwa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Munyua Githinji Gathimba and (2) Maria Gathoni Waigwa, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
