REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harriet Karimi Kirimi, of P.O. Box 25363-00603, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of all that Flat No. 4, situate on the first floor of Block 4, erected on L.R. No. 209/11604, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 89208/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
