THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Wanyiri, of P.O. Box 223, Kiganjo in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyeri/Ndathi/242, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the judge of the High Court of Nyeri, in civil suit No. 256 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Miriam Wangui Thuu, of P.O. Box 223, Kiganjo, and whereas the public trustee misplaced the title deed in respect of the said piece of land, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and issue title deed to the said Miriam Wangui Thuu, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Joseph Wanyiri, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
