take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kalimoni Sub-location, on 10th February, 2011, has been filed in this registry by (1) Miriam Waithira Wanyokie and (2) Njenga Peter Wanyoike, in their respective capacities as an administratrix and administrator of the deceased‘s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
