NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, by the above named company situated along Shimanzi/Voi Street, of P.O. Box 42485– 80100, Mombasa, to James Edwin Aweyo, c/o Zion Harvest Mission and or any other interested party who has his motor vehicle make Toyota Land Cruiser, chassis No. HDJ81–006147, engine No. 1HD– 0118741, year 1996 and colour grey, lying uncollected at its premises along Shimanzi/Voi Street, within Mombasa County. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid motor vehicle is collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be sold by public treaty and or auction without any further notice herein.
