APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (b) of the
Kenya Information and Communications Act, the Minister for
Information and Communications appoints—
CHARLES J. K. NJOROGE to be the Director-General of the Communications Commission of
Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th July, 2011.
