APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Chief Justice appoints— EZRA O. AWINO Senior Principal Magistrate, as a special magistrate, to preside over cases involving corruption and economic crimes in respect of Kisumu, Nyanza Province, with effect from 1st August, 2011.
