WHEREAS (1) Leesby Lorna Crouch and (2) Keith Richard Crouch, both of P.O. Box 83223, Mombasa, are the registered proprietors in a leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.0549 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 12926/1/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held under certificate of title registered as C.R. 37054, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
