REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Ngeti Mghadi (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Mgange/Nyika/1293, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Voi in cause No. 5 of 2010, issued grant of letters of administration to Raphael Mwazumbi Ngeti, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Raphael Mwazumbi Ngeti, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Ngeti Mghadi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
