REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Ihiga Mugwara, of Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyeri/Municipality Block III/198, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas under section 33 (1) the said parcel of land be cancelled and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said parcel of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and revert to Lavan Ngatia Muchemi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Patrick Ihiga Mugwara, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
