NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner Mercbima International Limited, to take delivery and remove Excavator PC200-6 which is lying at the premises of Panafrican Equipment (Kenya) Limited upon payment of outstanding purchase price and any other incidental charges plus the cost of publishing this notice within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice. Further notice is given that should the owner not pay and remove the said Excavator within the time presecribed, Panafrican Equipment (Kenya) Limited will sell or otherwise dispose the same to defray costs incurred without further reference to them.
