NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2662, in Volume D1 Folio 106/1961, File No. MMXI, by our client, Muhudin Mohamed Moalim, of P.O. Box 253, Mandera in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Abdi Adan, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Mohamed Abdi Adan, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Muhudin Mohamed Moalim, for all purposes and authorizes and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Muhudin Mohamed Moalim only.
