NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th July, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, in Volume D1 Folio 111/2016, File No. MMXI, by our client, Makokha O. Nicodemus Edwin, formerly known as Nicodemus Nyongesa Okumu, of P.O. Box 21281–00505, Nairobi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Nicodemus Nyongesa Okumu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Makokha O. Nicodemus Edwin, for all purposes and authorizes and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Makokha O. Nicodemus Edwin only.
