NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1258, in Volume DI, Folio 107/1975, File No. MMXI, by our client, Magdalene Mukulu Muthoka, of P.O. Box 40111–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the mother of Emmanuel Mumo Mwangangi, a minor, formerly known as Emmanuel Mumo Muthama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Emmanuel Mumo Muthama, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmanuel Mumo Mwangangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Emmanuel Mumo Mwangangi only.
