THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isaac Kiama Monju, (2) James Mwangi Waithaka and (3) Macharia Maguru, as trustees for Nyingi Welfare Unity, of P.O. Box 11709, Nairobi, are registered proprietor as lessees of that piece of land containing 0.0167 hectares or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 8285/963, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, held under a lease registered as I.R. 42499/1, and whereas the said (1) Isaac Kiama Monju, (2) James Mwangi Waithaka and (3) Macharia Maguru, have lodged and instrument of transfer in favour of New Nyingi Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, of P.O. Box 331, and whereas affidavits have been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act, declaring that the said lease registered as No. I.R. 42499/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
