REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Obo Omar Obo, of P.O. Box 81575–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8101 hectare or thereabouts, known as 9066/1/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 36566, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
