THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS The Public Trustee (as administrator), of P.O. Box 49672, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 6.67 acres or thereabout, known as MN/III/269, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 5099/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
