TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 46 OF 2010 By Samuel Kaiga Mwangi, of P.O. Box 88, Ndaragwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kahiga, who died at Outspan, on 13th March, 1988. CAUSE NO. 183 OF 2011 By (1) Lidia Cherono Kutto and (2) Kenneth Yoosin Chirchir, both of P.O. Box 579, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Kutto Yoosin, late of Sugoi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 6th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
