COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plan was on 25th July, 2011, completed. The part development plan relates to land situated within Webuye Municipality, Bungoma East District. Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Bungoma East, District Commissioner, Bungoma East and Clerk to Council, Municipal Council of Webuye. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Bungoma East, District Commissioner, Bungoma East and Clerk to Council, Municipal Council of Webuye, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. 26th August, 2011 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3315 Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O.
