NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Nissan pick-up reg. No. KAA 077J motor vehicle, which is lying at the premises of Gifo Auto Garage, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all storage charges and as invoiced, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and any shortfall will be collected from the owner of the vehicle by legal proceeding.
