NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th June, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 73, in Volume B-13, Folio 919/4445, File No. 1637– 8900, by our client, Purity Pretty Wambui, of P.O. Box 42489–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Purity Mutindi Wambui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Purity Mutindi Wambui, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Purity Pretty Wambui, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Purity Pretty Wambui only.
