NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th January, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1722, in Volume DI, Folio 187/2430, File No. MMXI, by our client, Francis Mutambo Khisa, of P.O. Box 107, Bungoma in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Francis Mutambo Kundu Khisa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Francis Mutambo Kundu Khisa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Francis Mutambo Khisa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Francis Mutambo Khisa only.
