WHEREAS George Mucheru Kagwimi (ID/1690644), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1358 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block 11/11525 and 1526, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof have been lost and efforts to trace them in the office have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open new registers provided that no objection has been received within that period.
