GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 10621

WHEREAS Peter Mwangi Mbuthia, of P.O. Box 42298–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/8404, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in civil suit No. 2970 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Samuel Waweru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 42298–00100, Nairobi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the piece of land in favour of Samuel Waweru Mwangi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Samuel Waweru Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Peter Mwangi Mbuthia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
