Box 1236, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Boaz Odundo, who died on 13th February, 1986. CAUSE NO. 319 OF 2011 By (1) Pesila Atieno Ogada and (2) Fredrick Omondi Amatha, both of P.O. Box 8059, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ogada Obiero, who died on 6th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
