WHEREAS George Muhuri Kamau and Priscilla Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 1782, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in original share certificates Nos. 13927 and 13928 in Mboi-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited. And whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates have been lost which belongs to our clients.
